How long should I expect to wait for my order to be processed?
We will do our best to ship all orders out within 1-3 business days. Due to the high volume of orders, during the holiday Season your order may take as long

Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Online Orders Totaling over $1,500 per unique address will
receive an additional 3% off the shopping cart total. Please note

S/H will vary upon where you reside in US, however usually you can except to 20% of your order total. We DO NOT Make money on S/H, you pay live UPS rates
everytime. |

Rush Delivery:
For a $8.00 fee, you can request To ship your order out by the next business day. If you desire this service, please email us by Clicking
Here and we will adjust your order subtotal. The $8.00 FEE will be added to your payment method of choice. Our Deadline for "RUSH SERVICE" is 12:00 PM EST M-F.
Our Warehouse(s) are always closed both Saturday, and Sunday.

Return Policy:
All Damaged shipments due to S/H must be filed with the shipping carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, please be sure to note any discrepancies on your
freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the Shipping Carrier has left, keep all the packing and call the carrier immediately to return your business or
residence to both inspect the damage and file a claim. For all returns not subject to carrier abuse GeneralKing.com will only accept Pre-Authorized Returns. All
claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. RETURNS without Authorization from GeneralKing.com return DEPT will not be accepted. All return must
have an RMA or Return Merchandise Authorization Number. All Products / Merchandise which shows signs of customer use or abuse will not be accepted. If you have any

All returned merchandise must also include the following:
All Returns must include a copy of your original invoice Including the date of purchase, (RMA#) and a note stating the specific reason(s) for return the
merchandise. All authorized returns must be in original boxes and in new condition. When packaging items to be returned, please be sure they are packed very
carefully inside another master carton to prevent any damage during return shipping. We will either issue you a credit or replacement on all return which have an
RMA#. All returns which fails to abide by the standards set forth by GeneralKing.com will not be accepted. This means if your order is not in it's original box(s)
or the condition of the product is not new, it is subject to be returned to you and no credit will be issued. All returns are subject to a 15% RESTOCKING FEE. S/H
is non refundable and must be payed by customer when returning merchandise. You are held responsible for all freight charges on shipments with no fault
of GeneralKing.com. All Defects in workmanship are covered under the initial satisfaction guarantee or extended warranty on most of the products we carry.
